Just bought our fifth vehicle from Hudson Nissan. They are great to do biz with. I hate buying cars, but they make a pleasing experience.

For over 15 years I have purchased cars and have had them serviced at Hudson Nissan, North Charleston. As with other experiences, my most recent at Hudson Nissan was exceptional. From the ease of scheduling, to the attentiveness and frequent updates by the service advisor, Jake, to the prompt quality service provided by the technician, I was pleased and left confident of work provided. I have been a customer of Hudson Nissan since 2015. Mikey Lam was my sales rep for our last two leases. I absolutely do not like buying a car. In college many years ago,I wrote a paper on buying a car from a vending machine. It takes too long, it's boring, negotiations are tiring. But Mikey was nothing but professional , and patient.

I want to share to the Nissan community,fair is fair. After my last post ,changes are been made at the dealer .is a light at end of the tunel and his name is Tim Brock service advisor , 5+ for the service of this guy provided. He understood my issues and my personality,He customized my service , I don’t deserve less as a Nissan customer. Good job to owner and manager for the changes . Please continue your hard work . I’m going to buy another Nissan just for the service of this associate. Thank you Tim ,hardly recommend to all customers around North Charleston. ———————————————————————————- I have done a lot of business with this dealership and have never been disappointed with the sales department, however the service center is another story. The last time I brought my car in, for an error, I was charged for a test that never determined the problem of the car and when they fixed what they “thought” was wrong with it, it created another problem. Of course to fix this new problem it will be more money coming out of my pocket which, if was done correctly to begin with, wouldn’t exist right now. Tom Downing .I already sent you a email and isn’t answer from you .??? You can not find my name because your associate no matter how many time I said to him than my name and address in the system are wrong He don’t care to fix it.

My service advisor Patrick is phenomenal at his job, he loves and values his customers, and he makes you feel like family. Every time I go in for some service to be done he always explains everything in depth, especially if it something I’m not too sure about. I can drop my car off and know that my car is in good hands because of the amount of trust I have in Patrick. He communicates throughout the process with updates and anything else that he feels as though I need to know. Patrick is the best and I highly recommend both him and Hudson Nissan of North Charleston.

Jordan was my advisor for this maintenance and for my previous maintenance. He is amazing!! He answers all my questions and gives me detailed explanations regarding the servicing of my vehicle.

We came and test drove a vehicle (Nissan Pathfinder SL) on 03/22/24. Brendan helped us and very knowledgeably answered all our questions. He was very personable and we never felt pressured (which is my #1 thing I hate about dealerships). We came back the next day after having the night to sleep on it and purchased the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. The whole experience was the best dealership interaction I've ever had. From the test drive to negotiations to signing all the papers--everyone was nice, polite, and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

I love how convenient Nissan of North Charleston makes getting an oil change. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone to get serviced for the next day, and Tim Brock was ready for me when I arrived. He was incredibly helpful and had such a positive attitude. He made getting my oil change feel easy and stress-free. He went through the process with me clearly, and their upbeat personality made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. I was in and out quickly—highly recommend.

Rico Purdie was my salesman. He sold me my last Nissan vehicle, so I had to get this car from him. He went well beyond being a salesman. He is friendly, make you laugh and you feel comfortable with him. He did whatever he had to do for me to trade in my frontier truck and get my 2020 Nissan Altima. He took good care of me. He was knowledgeable of the car I bought. He made sure I was happy with the car I bought. He made sure my car was detailed before I left the dealership. He showed me features of the car. The manager and finance man were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The finance man went well beyond his duty to get my payments to where I can afford to make them.

He was very knowledgeable about all the insurance needs as we were able to take the vehicle home in a timely manner. He also connected our phone to the truck for us.
